You can book an appointment anytime 365 days a year either online (please register at reception), or via the telephone using our automated appointment booking service.

Extended Hours

For those patients that work full time and find it difficult to come to the surgery during normal surgery hours of 08:00 to 18:00, the Practice holds late evening surgeries from 18:30 to 19:45 one evening every week, as well as a Saturday morning surgery once a month from 08:30 to 11:30. These appointments are only pre-bookable and the telephones are not available during these times. Please check with reception staff to book an extended hours surgery appointment.

Routine Appointments

All surgery consultations are by appointment and should be made at reception or by telephoning during normal surgery hours from 08:00 to 18:00. Please book in advance for routine appointments and if you cannot attend please notify us as we can then offer this appointment to another patient. Children under 13 should usually be accompanied by an adult. If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen by the doctor, please make a separate appointment for each of them.

If you need to be seen the same day for an urgent consultation, please telephone as early as possible after 08:00. If you do not need to be seen the same day, please try to phone between 11:00 and 18:00 when the lines are less busy.

Appointments Not Attended

Patients are advised to contact reception to cancel any appointment they cannot attend. Many hours of clinician’s time are wasted when patients do not attend appointments and do not inform the Practice they cannot attend.

Saturday and late night surgeries

We know that some patients struggle to get to the surgery during normal working hours so we provide some evening and Saturday morning surgeries.

We are open one Saturdays per month – our Reception Team can confirm dates and times and give you a suitable appointment time.

We also provide a pre-booked GP surgery one evening per week generally on a Thursday (please note the day of the week can change) Again our Reception team can give you the details.
