You can book an appointment anytime 365 days a year either online (please register at reception) Please note: Due to Coronavirus we have currently suspended our online booking system.
Extended Hours
For those patients that work full time and find it difficult to come to the surgery during normal surgery hours of 08:00 to 18:00, the Practice holds late evening surgeries from 18:30 to 19:45 one evening every week, as well as a Saturday morning surgery once a month from 08:30 to 11:30. These appointments are only pre-bookable and the telephones are not available during these times. Please check with reception staff to book an extended hours surgery appointment.
Appointments
Due to Coronavirus we are currently offering telephone, video or Face to Face appointments as appropriate.
When you call the Surgery, the reception team will ask you a little bit about your condition so that they can ascertain if your request is urgent or routine.
All requests will be added to a telephone triage list and a GP will call you within 24 hours or sooner if your request is urgent. We plan to call all routine patients within 3 working days but this could extend to 5 days working days at busy times.
If the Doctor needs to see you Face to Face they will arrange this with you. Whilst the Coronavirus is still in circulation please do not come to the surgery unless requested to do so. We would also request that you wear a face covering in order to help us keep the practice virus free.

Appointments Not Attended
Patients are advised to contact reception to cancel any appointment they cannot attend. Many hours of clinician’s time are wasted when patients do not attend appointments and do not inform the Practice they cannot attend.
