At West View surgery we offer our newly diagnosed cancer patients a Cancer Care Review (CCR). This is a conversation between the patient and a Health or Social Care professional about their experience with cancer. It offers the patient the opportunity to:
- talk about their cancer experience and concerns
- understand what support is available in their community
- receive the information they need to begin supported self-management.
